3 · Access room2:30 p.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Receive your room codeWe email your room code back to you – between 8:00 a.m. and midnight.
Enter your codeElectronic door lock – your access codes:

CODE A „house code“ (4 digits + #) opens the glass doors to your floor (1, 2 or 3 – according to your room number).
CODE B „room code“ (↺ + 10 digits + 🔒) opens your booked room:

  1. 1Press the arrow key ↺ to activate the lock.
  2. 2Enter CODE B on the keypad.
  3. 3Press the lock key 🔒 to unlock.
  4. 4Turn the complete door handle to open.
Enter your roomWith your code you let yourself in any time from 2:30 p.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Please note

Check-ins after 11:30 p.m. cannot be processed for that night, i.e. no room codes are sent between midnight and 8:00 a.m. – please check in online in good time before you arrive.
