Take photos of the front AND back of your ID card (both sides, one photo each) – or of the photo page of your passport. Your details are filled in automatically.
Controller: Wolff Executive GmbH, Gartenstraße 9, 71292 Friolzheim, service@projektcampus.de
Purpose and legal basis: We record your registration data (name, date of birth, nationality, address, passport / ID number) because we are legally required to do so under sections 29 and 30 of the German Federal Registration Act (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The optional scan only saves you typing; it is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How the scan works: The photo is read by software in your own browser. It is not uploaded and not stored by us. Only the form data you send us by email reaches us.
Retention: Completed forms are kept for one year from the day of arrival and destroyed within three months afterwards (section 30(4) BMG), and are shown only to the authorities entitled to inspect them.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (where no legal duty applies), restriction, and complaint to a data protection authority. You can withdraw your consent at any time; typing the data yourself is always possible. The scan is optional.
